We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your first bag of Wild Goat, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Because Wild Goat gummies are a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are part of a first-purchase satisfaction guarantee.
We also cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or partially consumed products beyond the first bag guarantee
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
